If you studied in a non-government school, please attach a certificate issued by the Head/Principal intimating the last monthly paid tuition fee rate. If you are awaiting result, you will have to provide the result by 10th August 2016, by filling up an online form on NTS Website. Please keep visiting NTS Website Please preferably use either Online Application Form. However, in case you face any problem in using Online Application Form, then please download the Offline Application Form
