How to get bluetooth on a windows 10 laptop and desktop
Bluetooth not working in windows 10? This tutorial shows how to fix the bluetooth problem on windows 10 laptops and desktops easily. To get Bluetooth on Windows 10 laptops and desktops, you have to install the Bluetooth driver first.
Go to This PC I Right Click I Properties I check whether your system is 62 or 32 bit.
Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/sear...
Select the bit version of Bluetooth driver software and download it.
Install the software and restart your computer.
Your Bluetooth might be working by now!

1- If the above method doesn't work, then
Right click on This PC (My computer). Select "manage". Select "device manager". There can you see Bluetooth? If there is anything, then right click on it and uninstall it (don't delete it). Then go back one step and click on "bluetooth" and "scan for hardware changes". Now restart and check if it's working
