open c cmd and then write

C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=jon wifi key=connect

then you see this

The hosted network mode has been set to allow.

The SSID of the hosted network has been successfully changed.

The user key passphrase of the hosted network has been successfully changed.

after this ,write this

C:\Windows\system32>netsh wlan start hostednetwork

then you will see it is working.

The hosted network started.
