About the department
You will be working in a dynamic, Business Support team, with 14 other dedicated employees in Bagsværd. The team’s objectives are to support for 8 departments at site Bagsværd with enabling activities. In addition, we are also involved in numerous projects that aim for improving training processes or related tasks in a LEAN way. We set ambitious goals, and therefore we need ambitious people to ensure the success.

The position
During your internship, you will provide support in a project, carried out across all Danish and International Novo Nordisk sites. The objective of the project is to optimise the training processes on site, based on thorough analysis of the current training standards in the teams in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP), Bagsværd, thus affecting the work of all employees on site. 

Furthermore, you will be participating in the development and implementation of training standards at appointed department, where you will learn and execute and basic training tasks and minor projects.

  • Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months
  • Start date: 1 February 2017

Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication, Organisational Development or similar, and have had excellent results during your studies. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and want to deliver results. You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You are ambitious and dedicated and have the ability to, easily interact with employees at all levels in the organisation. Excellent language skills in English and Danish are required.

You like being part of a professional team, have a high energy level, take initiative (proactive thinking) and work with a high level of engagement. You are motivated by being challenged both professionally and personally. You like working with people and understand the costumer’s perspective. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and to bring a can-do attitude.
